Hence corporate sector is entering into power generation. Thus the demand for electrical engineers is expected to increase multi-fold. EE is a common subject for all B.E subjects hence ample opportunity for teaching as a career exists for electrical engineers. Instrumentation is defined as 'the art and science of measurement and control' or it can refer to recent trends and devices applicable to modern technology in measuring and controlling of industrial processes which facilitate good production and quality. Instrumentation Engineering is the key profession for converting the incredible advances in technology and science into devices, systems and services for the good of the community. It is essentially a creative activity, which involves taking new directions and using new methods to design, build and operate devices and structures which have not existed before. The actual products can be as diverse as computer chips and car safely air bags, depending on the specialization of the instrument engineer. What engineers have in common is a solid foundation in mathematics, physical and engineering sciences which enables them to apply their skills in an appropriate and disciplined way.
