Encouraged by the vision and whole-hearted support of the then Vice Chancellor of Bharathidasan University, the centre is named after Prof. (Dr) MUTHUKUMARAN, ex-Vice Chancellor of Bharathidasan University and now Member-Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education.
 

This Computer Centre is the nerve centre. It is one of the most sophisticated set up in the colleges of Bharathidasan University area.
